Shipping is $45 flat rate for all states EXCEPT CA, WA, NV, NY, NJ, DC, MA, RI, CT shipping these states will be: $55 flat rate shipping (We will be keeping a close eye and looking for more shipping options to get all states back to $45)

·         We still offer free shipping on orders over $325 (not including shipping).

Live Arrival Guarantee

·        We guarantee live arrival.  In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), we will need a clear digital picture, of the coral, (preferably out of blue light), the outside of box and inside within 2 hours of delivery.  E-mail the picture to kastonskorals@gmail.com.  

Live Arrival Guarantee is void if:

·         We do not give refunds.  We send replacements and/or give store credit on future orders.  We do not cover the shipping costs on replacements.

·         Guarantee is void if you refuse delivery of your order, if no one is available to receive the package, or package was not picked up from your UPS facility in a timely manner (within 6 hours of arrival).

·         Kaston’s Korals cannot be held responsible for ANY delays by shipping company.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

·         We can hold corals for up to two weeks with prior arrangements made. After this two-week period, we are not responsible for the corals. This also applies to local pick up, shipments that did not select a shipping date on the calendar and orders that have not paid shipping by the time they are supposed to be sent out. If no arrangements have been made to hold your items for any longer than two weeks, after 30 days we can issue you 50% store credit, and after 60 days we cannot offer any compensation for money spent.

·         If any coral is not in good condition to be shipped, we will contact you via phone and email to substitute it for a different one of equal value. If we are unable to get in touch with you or if you decide that you no longer want the corals, we can only offer store credit for the coral that was not shipped.

·         Orders wanting to be shipped the next day must notify us by 12pm to schedule orders to be ship the following day. Applies to orders not already scheduled to go out.

·         For the safety of the animals, if weather conditions are too cold/hot, we will reach out via phone and email to reschedule your shipment. We want to ensure the best chance of survival for these animals.

·         If UPS informs us that the shipping will take more than 24 hours, we reserve the right to reschedule your order to ensure the best chance for the corals to all arrive well.

·         We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given.

·         There is a 20% cancellation fee to any cancelled orders or items not wanted after the end of the auction.

·         Shipping is non-refundable, no exceptions!

·         This guarantee does not apply for local pick up
